He has 37 years of service in Banking and retired as General Manager, Bank of India, Head office. He has also served as General Manager - Strategy, Planning and Risk Management Departments of the bank as well as Executive Secretary to the Board of Directors and Chairman and Managing Director of the bank. He has also served on the Boards of CIBIL and Bank of India (Tanzania) Ltd as nominee of Bank of India. At TSM, he teaches Banking.

A Career spanning 26 years in Industry, Teaching and Consulting since 1985. Between 2005 and 2011 was Vice President, Financial Services at Bahwan Cyber Tek (P) Ltd., Chennai heading the Pre Sales, Delivery, Sales divisions. Has been leading the Risk Management & Cargoes Division at California Advanced Management Services (P) Ltd., Chennai, from 2001 till 2004 and developed the domain knowledge for Chemoil Corporation, USA. Regular Faculty for Project Management Training in PMI Chennai Chapter.

Developed Risk Reporting Systems for Aaditya Trading Solutions, Chennai. Had been associated with Dr.Besant Raj Consultants between 1999 & 2001. Developed domain knowledge for Personal Investments website for Cyber Globe India. Taught at Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy for three successive terms. Earlier was spearheading the Institution development and headed the ICFAI Business School at Chennai from 1994 to 1997. Entrepreneur in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry between 1985 & 1994. At TSM he teaches Finance.

Prof. N. Venkiteswaran
BA, ACA

A Chartered Accountant with several years of managerial experience with leading Indian companies, Professor Venkiteswaran has been a faculty with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) for more than two decades. His current professional interests span strategic management, strategic, financial and structuring aspects of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring, shareholder value management and corporate governance issues.He has been a consultant to public and private sector companies and Central and State government agencies particularly in the areas of corporate and financial strategies, business and company valuation, mergers and restructuring and on matters related to corporate governance.

Professor Venkiteswaran has been an Independent Director on the Boards and Board Committees of companies such as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Virgo Engineers Limited etc. He has also been of member of special task force/committees constituted by government agencies, SEBI and other institutions. More recently he was a member of the Takeover Regulations Advisory Committee constituted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India under the Chairmanship of Shri C. Achuthan to review India's takeover regulations.
