Bharathi Devi R

Bharathi Devi R is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Management at Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, affiliated to Alagappa University, Karaikudi, with an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Alagappa Institute of Management and a B.Sc. from Lady Doak College, Madurai.

She has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Science at Sasi Institute of Technology & Management, Andhra Pradesh. Her research interests include Technostress, Psychological Capital, Employee Well-being, Human Resource Management, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence in HRM, and Organizational Behaviour.

She has presented research papers at prestigious institutions including IIT Roorkee and IIM Shillong and received a Certificate of Appreciation from Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), Madurai, for her contribution to the successful organization of the FOS 2026–GRIE International Conference.

She has actively participated in national seminars, professional training programmes, and workshops, including a 45-hour Basic Guidance and Counselling Psychotherapy Course, a webinar on Qualitative Research Analysis, Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education, and a two-day workshop on Structural Equation Modelling (SEMwise) conducted by Prof. James Gaskin (Brigham Young University, USA).

She has published conference proceedings on Education for Sustainable Development, Knowledge Management in Indian IT Industries and Technostress in AI-Driven Organizations: A Sustainable HRM Perspective on Ethical Leadership and Employee Well-Being, demonstrating her active engagement in scholarly research and academic excellence.
